All houses in the development fall under R-3 Zoning of the Cowichan Valley Regional District. The sewer, storm and lighting systems will be dedicated to the CVRD and they will be responsible for their maintenance. Maintenance costs are shared by the homeowners and have yearly estimated costs as indicated in the Disclosure Statement.

Each lot is serviced to the property line with underground power, gas, telephone, and cable. Water service is provided by the Mill Bay Water District and is sourced from a deep aquifer (only 3% draw)…no chance of algae bloom! This is intended to be a high standard estate development located in a serene setting with all amenities and services.
