Our properties are serviced with gas, water, cable, telephone, sewer and storm systems and street lighting all located underground. The sewer, storm and lighting systems will be dedicated to the CVRD and they will be responsible for their maintenance. Maintenance costs are shared by the homeowners and have yearly estimated costs as indicated in the Disclosure Statement.

Water service is provided by the Mill Bay Water District and is sourced from a deep aquifer (only 3% draw)…no chance of algae bloom!
